2. Using our website

By visiting our website or buying from us, you agree to these Terms of Service, together with our Shipping Policy, Refund Policy and Privacy Policy. You must be at least 18 years old, or have the permission of a parent or guardian, to place an order.

3. Products and prices

We describe and photograph our products as accurately as we can. All prices are shown in pounds sterling (GBP) and include VAT where applicable. Delivery to UK addresses is free. We may change prices at any time, but changes do not affect orders already confirmed.

4. Orders

When you place an order, you receive an email confirming that we have received it. A contract is formed when we dispatch your order. We may decline or cancel an order (for example, if an item is out of stock or there is a pricing error); if we do, we refund you in full.

5. Payment

Payment is taken at checkout through our secure payment providers. We do not store your full card details.

6. Delivery

We deliver to the United Kingdom only. Orders are dispatched within 1–2 working days and delivered within 2–5 working days. See our Shipping Policy for full details.

7. Returns and refunds

You can return any item free of charge within 30 days of delivery. Refunds are made to your original payment method within 5 working days of receiving the return. See our Refund Policy for full details. Your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 are not affected.

8. Product use

Please use our products as described and follow any instructions supplied. Garden tools with sharp edges should be handled carefully and kept away from children.

9. Liability

Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything that cannot be limited by law. Otherwise, our liability for any order is limited to the price you paid for that order.

10. Intellectual property

The content of this website, including text and images, belongs to Reziada or is used with permission and may not be copied without our consent.

11. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The version shown on this page at the time of your order applies to that order.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. You may also bring proceedings in the courts of the part of the UK where you live.
