How do I place an order?
Choose a product, click “Add to cart” or “Buy it now”, then complete the secure checkout. You will receive an order confirmation by email straight away.
Which payment methods do you accept?
All payment methods shown at checkout, including major debit and credit cards. All prices are in pounds sterling (GBP).
Can I change or cancel my order?
Yes – email us before your order is dispatched and we will change or cancel it free of charge.
Delivery
How much does delivery cost?
Delivery is free on every order to UK addresses.
How long will delivery take?
We dispatch within 1–2 working days (Monday–Friday). Delivery then takes 2–5 working days, so most orders arrive within 3–7 working days of ordering. You will receive a tracking number by email.
Do you deliver outside the UK?
Not at the moment – we deliver to addresses in the United Kingdom only.
Returns & refunds
Can I return an item?
Yes. You can return any item within 30 days of delivery. Returns are free – email us and we will send you a prepaid returns label.
When will I get my refund?
We refund your original payment method within 5 working days of receiving your return. See our Refund Policy for full details.
What if my item arrives damaged or faulty?
Email us within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a photo. We will send a free replacement or a full refund.
